Food Drive Begins June 3
Hunger hurts us all. Puyallup South Hill Rotary is conducting a food drive to collect non-perishable food to assist the Puyallup Food Bank in serving our neighbors in need.
The Food Bank relies on food donations from throughout our Puyallup Community to ensure that there is enough food on hand to serve our neighbors in need. On average, the Food Bank disburses nearly two and a half tons of food each serving day.
To assist in feeding our neighbors in need, bring your non-perishable food items to the Puyallup Food Bank on during June 3-17. The Food Bank is open on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm and is located at 110 23rd Street SE in Puyallup.
Financial donations are also welcome. To make your donation, please click the CORE donation button on our website at www.southhillrotary.org.
With your donation, the Puyallup Food Bank will continue to be able to serve up to 5,000 Pierce County residents each month.
Suggested food items include macaroni and cheese, canned soups, canned fruits and vegetables, or gift cards to local stores.
